I’m Alexis Honeycutt, LMHC, a Certified Gottman Therapist offering private couples intensives, weekly couples therapy, and Gottman-based workshops for couples who want clear, structured, evidence-based help. I work with couples facing entrenched conflict, emotional distance, communication breakdown, and the aftermath of betrayal.

My approach is grounded in the Gottman Method and designed for couples who want more than a place to talk. The goal is to identify the pattern that keeps taking over, reduce the repetition, and build a stronger way forward on purpose. This is relationship work for couples who value traction, discretion, and practical tools they can use outside the therapy room.

I offer in-person services in Oviedo, Florida, through Oviedo Therapy & Relationships, with virtual care available for clients in Florida, Connecticut, and North Carolina. In addition to weekly therapy, I offer private couples intensives for relationships that need more room, more focus, and faster traction than the standard weekly model can provide. I also facilitate Gottman-based workshops, including The Art & Science of Love, for couples who want structured skill-building in a guided format.
