About
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Certified Gottman Therapist, and EMDR Certified Therapist. I graduated with a BA in Philosophy from Williams College. I obtained a JD from Northwestern University and a Masters in Counseling from Messiah University. My goal is to build a safe, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic environment to assist you in working towards emotional safety within your relationship. I utilize Gottman interventions to help people work towards relationships that are stronger and more emotionally satisfying. I strive to create an atmosphere that allows couples to explore emotions, improve communication, learn to connect with one another, manage conflict, and move toward healing.
