About

We are wired for connection, but past wounds, unspoken expectations, and the demands of high-achieving lives can lead to dissatisfaction in relationships. Whether you are dealing with lots of conflict, healing from a past affair, feeling emotionally disconnected, or just wanting to strengthen your relationship, therapy can be a space to rebuild and rediscover what brought you together in the first place.

Change is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone.

As a Certified Gottman Therapist, I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy to help you and your partner grow closer and rebuild trust while improving your conflict management skills and eliminating the behaviors that are damaging your relationship. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can explore what matters most to you, while integrating proven methods—with real-time feedback—to keep therapy effective and personalized.

I also use my expertise in trauma treatment when a history of trauma in one or both partners is contributing to problems in the relationship. With a blend of deep empathy and evidence-based care, we can work together toward meaningful change that lasts.

Special populations

I welcome couples of all ethnicities, cultures, and sexual orientations.
