About

Dr Katie Stirling is a Clinical Psychologist, Certified Gottman Couples Therapist, and Sexologist known for helping high-achieving couples transform their relationships. With over 15 years of experience, she supports partners to move from disconnection and frustration to clarity, emotional safety, and lasting connection — all through a warm, evidence-based approach grounded in the science of love and attachment.

Katie works exclusively with couples and offers a range of immersive, evidence-based solutions. Her signature private couples retreats — held in Australia and Bali — provide an accelerated format for couples wanting to step out of everyday stress and into deep, focused relationship work. Over 3 to 5 days, couples learn to shift unhelpful patterns, repair trust, and build new ways of connecting that last. Katie also offers the option to travel to location, providing flexible, discreet support tailored to the unique demands of high profile couples.

Katie’s approach is warm, collaborative, and personalised. With a Doctorate in Psychology and a Masters in Sexology, she blends attachment science, Gottman Method, EFT, and mind–body tools to create a truly integrative experience. She continues to train with leading international experts and is committed to making relationship support both high-impact and accessible.

For couples who prefer to learn from home, Katie offers the Relationship Reset Bootcamp — a 6-week online program packed with practical tools to improve communication, reduce conflict, and rebuild connection. She is also the host of the podcast Call Me Katie, where she shares expert conversations and real talk about what it takes to create a deeply fulfilling life and relationship.

Katie has led large-scale community wellbeing programs and founded a successful psychology practice. She is passionate about early intervention and prevention, and her work is guided by the belief that great relationships are built — not found.
