About

If you're visiting this page your relationship is probably in distress. I am so sorry you're struggling and I want to support you in feeling better while improving communication and interactions with your partner.

I am the founder of A Better Life Therapy in Philadelphia, PA where I work with individuals and couples to improve their relationships.

I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and have been trained to Level 3 in the Gottman Method. I also train and supervise new therapists seeking their licenses in the counseling field.

Using the Gottman Method, I will help you to improve intimacy, increase affection, resolve conflict, and improve understanding with your partner in new ways that create lasting change. I really believe in the Gottman Method and the skills that it teaches couples. As a mom and wife, I've seen these skills enhance my own relationships.

I have seen results with the couples that I have worked with and I believe this could be a possibility for you too.

My practice also has other therapists with a variety of skills that can support you individually, in your family unit, or as a couple.

I offer marathon sessions (2-3 5 hour sessions in a row) during the weekends for couples that are out of town or have busy schedules. These sessions are also helpful to couples in crisis, in which the start and stop technique of traditional weekly couples therapy may not be enough.
