Are you in a new or established relationship, wondering why you're not feeling happy? Perhaps it's difficult to talk with your partner or be heard by them, and you keep having the same discussions/disagreements over and over again. If you recognize yourself, you are at the right place. Couples counselling is a great gift to give yourself.
Together, we’ll explore your relationship challenges (and strengths) in depth. I’ll support you to learn strategies and skills for change, and I’ll guide you to reactivate and enhance strengths you already have. I understand that things don’t feel great right now. Our work will bring you a stronger sense of self and relationship balance.
I’m a social worker, licenced in Quebec and Ontario. I’m also a special care counsellor, and am currently greeting new clients. My approach is gentle and focused on your needs. Sessions are online so you can join from a place of your choosing. I know asking for help is not easy. I am here to help you start your journey to change.
