About
Jenny holds a degree in Social Work and Masters in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of NSW, Sydney. Jenny is a Level 1 Gottman Therapy presenter.
Jenny began her career in Mental Health in 1995 in hospital and community settings in Western Sydney and has been in private practice for the last 18 years. She uses strengths based ideas, family of origin and attachment theory, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Schema Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Jenny provides supervision to other therapists and continues to be an Accredited Member of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
