About

Do you feel disconnected from your partner and loneliness is starting to set in? Do you feel unappreciated and unheard? Are you looking to reignite the passion you all once shared? Or maybe there has been a betrayal that you all have been struggling to overcome.

The hurt from a marriage can create deep wounds within and sometimes we need more than individual therapy to recover. I work with my couples to heal from such wounds and restore their connection by tackling the pain together.

In a Two-Day Marriage Lifeline Intensive, I start with a thorough assessment of the relational history to identify a tailored treatment plan and accompanying interventions. I’ll review your areas of challenge and strengths, then move into processing past injuries using new communication skills to help you have more productive conversations. You will learn ways to repair and rebuild together. Upon completion of day two, follow up sessions may be recommended to Seven or so 90-minute follow-up sessions are generally recommended to help solidify the changes made in Marathon. These 90-minute follow-up sessions are usually spaced out every three to four weeks. Couples who are struggling with longstanding pain and needing immediate help, would benefit most from the intensive.

My group couples coaching program is a good fit for couples who may be struggling to commit to couples counseling but needing tools to better communicate with one another. Those who seeking preventative care, premarital support, or struggling with minor issues are also good candidates for group coaching. In the group coaching program we focus on healthy communication through individual emotion regulation, identifying needs, and vulnerable connection. We target the me and we of your relationship and how nurture your individual identities, while also intentionally building “we-ness.” We address conflict management skills and how to cultivate healthy habits for partnership, that promote love and affection.
