I love stories. Couples choose to write a story together. At times you need help getting through the current chapter, or onto the next. You may even feel you need to throw away your book and begin writing a new one.

I am a former teacher and graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where I received my Master's in Educational Psychology in 1997, with a focus on addiction and group counseling. I also have an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX, and have been living in Brazil since 2017.

I am a counselor registered in Brazil with the Conselho de Auto Regulamentação da Terapia Holística, and a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas, working under direct supervision of Mark Cagle, LPC-S, a preeminent couples counselor. I opened my practice in 2024 to assist the expat and English-speaking community in São Paulo, Brazil.
