About
I am a licensed NIP Psychologist and a Registered Counselor in the Netherlands, providing relationship and individual therapy. My general approach to counseling is collaborative and client-centered, and informed by existential, psychodynamic, and emotion-focused methods. I work with the Gottman Method in particular for relationship therapy with partners/couples. I take a sex-positive approach to, and have training and experience assessing and working with, issues related to sex/sexuality. Further, I am a GSRD (Gender, Sex, Relationship Diversity) Aware Trainer via Pink Therapy; I respect diversity and aim to provide a safe space for all. I provide both online and in-person sessions. Intensive, or 'marathon', relationship therapy is also available on request (online or in person).
In addition, I am Senior Adjunct Faculty at Webster University, where I teach a range of psychology courses in both the undergraduate and graduate psychology programs. I also provide clinical supervision in the graduate program.
