It is an inspiration to be invited into the lives of couples, families and individuals in order to embark on a journey toward their goals. The Gottman Method, based on 40 years of research has allowed many couples to find a new way of relating to each other through building connection and intimacy as well as by managing conflict in a way that promotes dialogue for the couple. The Gottman method includes an assessment and feedback to determine your specific needs as a couple. The Gottman Method provides specific tools and strategies’ that can be applied to your daily living to assist you and your partner toward finding the positive perspective that you may have become lost along the way. Licensed since 1991, I serve couples, families, women, men and youth who are dealing with challenges in connecting to themselves, others and to their lives. My specialties include: depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss and parenting issues; and I assists couples, individuals and families facing all types of life’s transitions and challenges. I provide safe and supportive, compassionate, results-oriented sessions to help reduce symptoms, increase resilience and options and facilitate well-being and happiness.
