About
Clients will benefit from Linda's deep belief in the human capacity for growth and transformation. Linda specializes in working collaboratively with couples seeking to repair and deepen their relationship. She is trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy Levels I and II, and has completed additional training in the Gottman approach to helping couples recover from infidelity and trauma, as well as those in addiction recovery. For couples considering separation or divorce, Linda offers brief Discernment Counseling to help partners gain greater clarity and confidence in their decision-making about the future of their marriage.
With psychodynamic and intergenerational family therapy perspectives, Linda helps guide clients to a deeper understanding of self as they navigate life passages, including relationship building, parenting, changing family dynamics as children mature, job-related stress and career transitions, aging, mortality, and bereavement.
Another focus for Linda is supporting partners and individuals on their family-building journey, including those dealing with fertility issues and pregnancy loss. Linda is also interested in helping clients explore their creative development and practice, addressing issues of motivation, perfectionism, procrastination, and performance anxiety.
