Relationships can be a springboard to being our best selves if they are nutured and given the support they require to sustain. It is easy to get caught up in the day to day struggle and forget to cultivate our relationship. I work with couples to identify areas they can strengthen to regain the passion and connection they once had.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years experience who specializes in working with people who identify as LGBTQ+. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and incorporate The Gottman Method to help couples improve their connection to each other.
