All couples experience conflict and feel stuck at times. Sometimes, trust has been broken, threatening the very foundation of the relationship. In these moments, an experienced therapist—well-grounded in couples therapy—can help you navigate these challenges and build a stronger, healthier connection.

Since 1998, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of individuals and couples across a wide range of settings, supporting them in navigating challenges and achieving meaningful personal goals. While the Gottman Method is the foundation of my work with couples, I’ve also trained in several other therapeutic approaches, allowing me to adapt my style to fit the unique needs of each client. For the past several years, I’ve been part of an ongoing consultation group with other Certified Gottman Therapists, which helps me stay grounded, current, and continually growing in my practice.

In addition to my therapy practice, I’ve lived in six different states across the U.S., and worked as a clinical social worker in diverse environments—including in-home visits. These experiences have given me a broad, real-world understanding of people from many walks of life. They’ve deepened my empathy and shaped my ability to meet clients with openness and without judgment. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
