About
Mandy Mitchell, PhD, LISW-CP holds a doctoral degree in Counseling and Psychological Studies and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working as a private practitioner, in hospice, and for non-profits. Dr. Mitchell is the owner of Perspectives Counseling providing services to adults, as well as workshops and CEU trainings. Dr. Mitchell specializes in treating couples, however she also provides treatment to individuals and groups struggling with a broad spectrum of issues including depression and anxiety, substance abuse, grief, and trauma.
Dr. Mitchell is currently providing the Gottman workshops "Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work" and "Bringing Baby Home" in her area. Dr. Mitchell utilizes an intuitive, interactive, skills-based approach to help couples overcome their current challenges and realize their dreams of having a more fulfilling and satisfying relationship.
