I have been qualified as a counsellor for 27 years, work only with couples, and usually online. I offer focused and intensive support to couples within one long session. My approach is down to earth, practical, positive, and occasionally even fun.

With the one session format I'll encourage you to quickly identify your best hopes and for us to collaboratively work out how you will achieve them. There'll be a comprehensive pre-session questionnaire, the appointment itself lasting four hours (with breaks of course), and a detailed follow up summary report.

In a single online meeting we will delve deeply into your issues, dynamics and needs without the interruptions you would have between sessions over an extended period. The condensed nature of the single appointment can foster a sense of motivated urgency and focus, leading to a more efficient route to the kind of relationship you would like to build.

Couples experiencing acute conflict or crisis can benefit from the intensive work that can be undertaken in a long single session. A substantial period of time dedicated to exploration, reflection and guidance will assist in preventing issues from escalating further, and engender the impetus to kickstart positive changes. I offer a no-risk, no-fee guarantee. If you do not find your single intensive session helpful, I will not send you an invoice. The fee for the four hour transformative session, if you are happy with the outcome, is £800.
