Rebecca holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Providence University College and is registered with PACCP. Rebecca has studied the Gottman Couples Therapy approach through the Gottman Institute. Her training through the Gottman Institute includes methods for couples assessments and intervention strategies as well as helping couples recover after betrayals.
Using an eclectic "person-centered" approach, Rebecca engages with her clients in a safe and non-judgmental way, offering stability and clarity as clients manage various challenges.
