Whether, as a couple, you need a fresh look at an ongoing problem, want to health-check your relationship or are in a relationship crisis, I see great results when using the Gottman Method Couples Therapy. With decades of scientific research sitting behind it, our sessions will incorporate their easy to master relationship tools. If you would like to talk through your relationship issues or challenges, I am available to help you through this period with secure online sessions, or face to face, if you prefer.

I am a Person-Centred counsellor, and as well as working in my own private practice, I am a Director of a charity supporting young people and their families. I have been a volunteer at my local hospice, providing bereavement support. I also worked for 10 years in a male prison providing counselling support to young offenders. I have tutored counselling at my local college, and I deliver online mental health and wellbeing workshops for Mind UK.

I have trained with the Gottman Institute to deliver The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work and Bring Baby Home workshops. Both workshops are fun and interactive as they teach couples techniques for healthy and fulfilling relationships. I offer these workshops as groups or one to one with couples as a one day relationship power boost.
